Book the Akara Grand Ballroom for 200+ guests. The six-metre-high ceilings and 468 square metres of pillar-free space make it ideal for large conferences and gala dinners. For groups under 100, the Thalang rooms offer a more intimate and cost-effective setting.
Use the outdoor spaces for evening events. The 1,000-square-metre tropical garden area works beautifully for themed cocktail receptions, team-building activities, or welcome dinners. The sea views add atmosphere without any additional decoration budget.
Combine Thalang rooms for flexibility. Thalang 1, 2, and 3 can be combined into a single 216 square metre space for 180 guests theatre-style, or used individually for breakout sessions. Thalang 4 works perfectly as a VIP boardroom or speaker greenroom.
Plan transport from the airport. Phuket International Airport is approximately 45 minutes away. The resort can arrange group transfers, and its Patong Beach location means delegates have easy access to dining and entertainment after hours.
