The evening program is what people remember. We handle theme and stage design, entertainment and live acts, table plans and AV, and the timing so the night flows from reception to awards to after-party.
Your brand has to show up everywhere — stage sets, backdrops, signage, registration and screens. We build it all to your corporate identity (with specialist partners when needed), so the event looks like one coherent production, not a hotel ballroom with a banner.
Moving 100–1,000 delegates smoothly is its own job. We manage registration and badging, airport transfers, room blocks, on-site help desks and the agenda — so delegates always know where to be.
Corporate groups arrive with every dietary need — vegetarian, Jain, Halal, allergen-free, and authentic Indian menus for Indian corporate groups. We brief the venue kitchen, bring in specialist chefs when needed, and plan banquet flow so service never holds up the program.
