When we were tasked with handling proceedings for a 10,000 pax event right from start to finish and we were a bit taken back. We put our thinking caps on and created a strategy for the task at hand.
Right from the event concept, to every single cup that was used at the event was all possible through us.
We made sure to create a memory and we did.
From event planning to event execution, from event catering to the event stage, from event photography to event videography, from event site visits to event decor, you name it, we handled it all.
Over 10,000 people from different parts of the world joined the event, and we stood back watching at what we managed to pull off.
The hosts asked for entertainment, and we made sure we brought the best – from fireworks to Djs to dancers and much more.
Behind the scenes was even better as we were tasked with handling the VIPs so we ensured the VIPs had professional event security all the time.
The event booths, us again. We managed to create the event exhibition in almost 24 hours and it was well-received by the audience that attended.
An event of this magnitude doesn’t happen overnight and we made sure to be in contact with the hosts all time with our plans and procedures.
Feeding over 10,000+ people twice a day isn’t an easy task but we managed to do so with ease thanks to our event catering partner.
Even the event merchandise was handled by us, right from logos on the pens to logos on T-shirts and so on.
When we say we handled it all – we most certainly did.
This is what we call 360 event organization and we are proud to say we can do it again – with ease.
